  • What are your qualifications?

    Accountant qualifications include:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
    • 20+ years experience in all aspects of accounting to include bookkeeping, income auditor, general ledger, financial audits, revenue mgmt,  income tax preparation,  payroll & payroll tax services, & gross reciepts tax audits
    • Active QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor certification
    • E-file authorization to file tax returns
    • Enrolled Agent with equal ability to represent a taxpayer in front of the IRS as a CPA.
    • Member of National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP) & American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers

  • When will my tax return be completed?

    There are no guarantees on the completion of your tax return, however if all your information is uploaded or dropped off to its entirety then usually tax returns are completed within a week's time or less. 


  • How do I drop off my tax information?

    Drop offs are accepted on a first come, first serve basis during tax season office hours. 


    Monday -Thurs from 8:30AM to 4:30PM. Fridays-Saturday by appointment only. 


    Alternatively, once you have reached out to our office to establish yourself as a new client, you can upload your tax documents from the comfort of your own home, to your secure client portal. 

  • How do I check the status of my refund?

    Please allow at least 36 hours after we've e-filed your tax return to login and check the status of your refund on the IRS's website. It's updated every 24 hours.

    If you prefer to call the IRS for the status of your refund then call 1-800-829-1954.


    Usually a taxpayer receives their refund in less than 21 days, however it is always possible your tax return may require additonal review by the IRS and could take longer.

It is important for business owners/mgmt to be able to make on demand decisions based on the financial information they have in front of them. If you want to be successful and grow, you have to be able to have dependable information when you need it. 

  • What bookkeeping services do you provide?

    We are experienced degreed accountants and tax preparers. We know what should be on your books, where it should be, and how it affects your business come tax time. Our bookkeeping review is done after the end of the month, quarter or year and includes clean up, review of proper categorization of income and expense items, breaking out interest on loans, booking depreciation,  reconciliation of accounts and preparing accurate tax ready financials. 


  • What are common bookkeeping mistakes?

    Some mistakes can cost you big at tax time and they create unreliable financial reports. These mistakes include: 

    • Double posting credit card expenses
    • Posting car payments to auto expense
    • Posting business assets as expenses
    • Posting assets that should be expensed
    • Not creating partner equity accounts
    • Deducting expenses that are not deductible
    • Not breaking out deductible interest expense from payments on Notes

  • Is there a bookkeeping contract?

    There is no contract. You can cancel your service at any time with 30 day written notice.
